CAC October General Meeting – Bullying/Cyber-bullying

Hand with marker writing the word Stop BullyingWhat is bullying, and what does it actually look like in today’s terms? Who is affected? Where does it happen? And most importantly, what can a parent do?

The October CAC General Meeting will feature a presentation and panel discussion on bullying & cyberbullying, as seen and experienced from a school and parent perspective. We will talk about the questions above, plus give an overview of current bullying statistics within U-46, discuss district policy and procedures, and discuss examples of bullying in all age groups. Along the way, we will point you towards helpful resources geared for parents.

As a reminder, CAC meetings are open to the general public. Bring a friend or a family member along and join us for this important discussion.
